Park Rules

General Rules

We welcome both short-term (overnight) and extended stays (month-to-month).
RV pad reservations are for a maximum of 5 guests (2 adults and 3 children). More than two adults or additional guests beyond 5 will require additional fees.
Sites must be kept neat and free from clutter and debris at all times. Your RV must remain mobile and in working order throughout your stay.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. No noise or generator use is permitted during these hours.
Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior throughout the park.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice prior to your reservation date.
2 Weeks or More Notice: Full refund minus a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee, or full amount issued as camp credit.
1 Week or More Notice: 50% of reservation total issued as camp credit — 50% forfeited.
Less than 1 Week Notice: Full reservation forfeited.

Pets must be leashed and under control at all times.
Aggressive breeds and excessive barking are not permitted.
Dog Park: Use at your own risk. Clean up after your pet immediately. Aggressive dogs may be banned from the dog park.

Laundry: Card-operated and available 24/7 until further notice. Please do not wash pet bedding in the machines. Remove your items promptly when finished.
Trash: The trash bin is located at the front of the park near the entrance. Please tie all trash bags completely closed and place them fully inside the trash container — not on the ground. Woodland creatures like possums and raccoons are attracted to improperly disposed food, and while they are wonderful animals, we’d rather they stay out of your campsite! Please do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans.
