The Road Less Traveled

The Road Less Traveled is an RV Park that prides itself on its beauty and welcoming atmosphere. We are located off of Highway 411 in Delano, TN just across from the Hiwassee/Ocoee Scenic River State Park. Our park offers a canopy of oaks to relax under while you enjoy all that the Great Smokey Mountains bring to this unique and truly special area of East Tennessee.

Join us for your stay and experience all that the great outdoors has to offer including fishing, hiking, riding, rafting, camping and so much more!

About Us

The Road Less Traveled offers a welcoming environment with a canopy of oak trees that create privacy, shade, and allow you to feel all the comforts of being right at home!

Our property is also located just across the street from the Hiwassee/Ocoee Scenic River State Park. The Ocoee River hosted the whitewater slalom events in the 1996 Olympic Games and the Hiwassee River offers a host of fishing opportunities as well as rafting and tubing as well.

If the great outdoors is your thing you will find fishing, rafting, hiking, biking, hunting and so much more within minutes of The Road Less Traveled.

We understand that the great outdoors may not be for everyone and the good news is, there are plenty of wonderful activities to experience nearby such as viewing a great deal of history dating back to the Civil War through markers and monuments within the county. Antique and thrift stores abound and we have the Hiwassee Rail Adventure which offers a ride through the Cherokee National Forest and a relaxing scenic view of all that the Great Smokey’s has to offer.

Another great adventure that is available is only a one-hour drive along the river and over the dams to the deeply adored Blue Ridge, GA. Head over for some shopping or excellent dining just for the day and return back to your home away from home to become painted with the beautiful sunsets from the front porch of your rig.

Lastly, our unique and special neighborhood includes a local Delano Community Farm Market that is owned and operated by the Mennonite Community. You will find a plethora of goodies, baked goods, and farm-fresh fruits and vegetables to enjoy all throughout the Spring and Summer.

We look forward to seeing you soon and to be your host at The Road Less Traveled!
